Administrative Relief

On November 20th, President Obama announced his administration’s plan to allow undocumented immigrants who meet certain criteria to come forward and apply for protection from deportation and work permits. Come learn more from SIREN about this Executive Action and what it means for you and your family. Learn about the requirements for the Expanded DACA program and the new DAPA program for parents of US citizens and legal permanent residents. Learn what you can do know to prepare, what documents may be needed to apply, and how to avoid becoming a victim of fraud. 

It is important to know that the program has not started and there are no application forms yet.

AB 60 Drive Licenses

Beginning January 1, 2015, California residents without lawful status will be able to apply for a California driver license under the new AB 60 law. Come learn about the application process, what documentation will be required, and effective strategies for passing the written test. Participants will receive a sample driving written test, information about the process, and requirements, and a copy of the California driver’s handbook. Also, learn about the protections of the new law and how to avoid potential scams.
