INITIAL APPLICATIONS - WHAT TO BRING:
- Proof of physical presence June 15, 2007 to present
- Proof of entry prior to age 16
- Proof of school enrollment or GED/H.S. Diploma
- Passport or photo ID (matricula, school ID)
- Birth certificates with certified translation
- List of home addresses since initial arrival
- Proof of presence in the United States on 6/15/2012
- Certified court disposition of all arrests, if any
- Check or money order for $465
- Two passport style photos
RENEWAL APPLICATIONS - WHAT TO BRING:
- Copy of work permit
- CA ID/Driver License
- Copy of Initial DACA application
- Two passport style photos
- Social security card
- Check or money order for $465
- Work authorization card
- Certified court disposition of all arrests, if any
