SIREN provides eligibility consultations,  application assistance, and legal review of completed forms.

Eligibility:

1. Must be minimum 18 years old
2. Legal permanent resident for at least 5 years (or 3 years if continuously married to U.S. Citizen)

Please bring: 

1. Legal permanent resident card
2. Social security card
3. ID/license 
4. List of complete addresses for the last 5 years
5. List of travel dates for the last 5 years
6. List of job history with addresses for the last 5 years
7. List of family information, including all children and spouses (current and former)
8. If you have been detained or arrested, need to bring documention, such as certificates of minutes and final disposition for every incident

Fee waiver eligibility:

1. 2016 income taxes 
2. Verification of benefits letter (if currently receiving SSI, food stamps, cash assistance)
